Teresa coached six CMOs and two CNOs for a regional healthcare system during the first eight months of the pandemic. The new challenges with services, staffing, supplies, and finances required each leader to uniquely redefine how they led, obtained resources, made decisions, communicated, and managed their time. All successfully established and executed the strategies needed to bring their respective hospitals through the worst days of COVID-19.
After working with Teresa to define and communicate his unique internal brand, a VP of Strategic Development for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company was promoted from a regional to global role. This new role required a significant shift from a tactical, knowledge-based approach to powerful remote leadership and building a strong bench of top performers. Five years later, his career has continued to expand into multiple top executive roles that rely on his ability to develop leaders and achieve results in a variety of arenas within the telecommunications industry.
