With my engineering background and 20+ years experience in technical sales and business development, primarily to the energy industry, I am familiar with navigating career growth within industrial organizations. I have also experienced the loss associated with being laid off and understand the mindset adjustments necessary to position oneself to find and to be effective in the next role. My purpose in coaching is to help clients discover how to align capability, experience, and passion to become the best version of themselves.

Coaching has been instrumental in my own growth, both personally and professionally. Coaching is the single most impactful catalyst for personal change I have encountered. The focus of my coaching is helping others who are seeking to best position themselves effectively for growth. I help clients feeling “stuck” or unsure about next steps in their career evaluate options and develop a clear plan that best fits their capabilities, experience, goals, and interests to facilitate this growth.
