A private equity firm wanted their associates to develop more leadership presence. Ruth administered emotional intelligence assessments to reveal blind spots and reactive behaviors. Each client worked independently on communication and presentation skills, mental toughness, and stress and time management. The partners were happy to report that the associates were having a bigger impact on the team and were elevated to managing partners.
An executive team was struggling with communication and pulling in different directions with competing priorities. Ruth conducted 360s for each member of the team and ran a SWOT analysis to assess the organizational health, risks and opportunities. Individual goals were established that were aligned with the organizational goals and dysfunctional communication patterns were replaced with more consistent and collaborative interactions. The team was able to incorporate feedback from stakeholders to focus on fewer OKRs and create realistic timelines for projects.
