Tamarra effectively partnered with HR, which positioned her to fill the NY Metro Diversity Leader role for one year. In addition to executive coaching in Pennington, NJ, Tamarra also provides virtual coaching across all U.S. time zones, and in Europe & Asia.

Results Achieved
Tamarra supported the transition of an experienced Managing Director of Communications to a larger organization and a role as Assistant VP of Strategic Communications. The transition from managing small teams to leading larger teams with ambitious strategic goals necessitated a shift in leadership approach. Through the results and debrief of the Energy Leadership Index assessment, the leader gained deeper insights into her leadership strengths and how to confidently leverage those strengths to drive success. As a result of the VP’s success, Tamarra was asked to facilitate a full-day workshop with the Leader’s leadership team. Together, they co-created their team vision, established and committed themselves to team norms, and learned how to improve their working relationships by effectively managing their communication styles. The team experienced a significant increase in effectiveness, enabling them to successfully meet and exceed organizational goals.
Tamarra coached an Emerging Leader in the world’s largest biotech pharmaceutical organization through three key promotions, advancing from Clinical Operations Lead in Sub-Saharan Africa to Director of Medical Affairs and Scientific Operations. Together, they developed targeted goals to facilitate her transition to the executive level and to enhance her skills in alignment with organizational objectives. Using individual coaching and psychometric assessments, Tamarra helped the client increase self-awareness, improve leadership, and better manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
