With more than 20 years of experience coaching leaders from Fortune 100/500 companies, and notable organizations, Lisa Tomlin, an executive coach in Philadelphia & New York City, is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her passion, as an executive coach, is driven by a desire to help leaders perform at their absolute best in an ever-changing business world.

Prior to coaching, Lisa brings career experience working in various senior leadership positions. She was a Senior Vice President, Client Solutions Partner, driving product design, sales, and client relations at a global management consulting firm.

In addition, she was the Senior Vice President, Consulting Practice Leader, at a global professional services firm. In this role, she built and managed a team of over 60+ consultants deployed nationwide. She began her career as a recruiter for a global investment bank and led a leadership development initiative in collaboration with The Wharton School of Business.

Lisa has coached leaders from every industry. Her global career expertise has provided her with the opportunity to coach leaders in North America, South America, and Europe. She enjoys partnering with leaders at all levels. In addition to executive coaching in Philadelphia & executive coaching in NYC, Lisa also provides virtual coaching across all U.S. time zones.

Results Achieved

Coached a global financial services industry executive assimilating to a new senior position. The leader was promoted to manage a multi-million-dollar product line for the business. The focus for coaching was set to enhance the leader’s executive presence and leadership effectiveness. Lisa assessed the leader using the Hogan Assessment Suite. She also conducted 360 interviews with the leader’s manager and direct reports. Insights learned from the assessment, and interviews, helped the leader understand that strategic goal setting, execution, and influence with the executive board were critical skills for success. Lisa also partnered with the leader to transform their executive presence. The outcome of this engagement culminated with another promotion for the leader with a seat on the company’s executive committee.
