The one thing that has stood out in Lacee’s 20-year career as a CEO, coach, and a facilitator is her commitment to creating a space where her clients can become more conscious and intentional about how to lead others with care. Coaching Philosophy

Lacee believes that coaching is one of the best tools for helping leaders navigate complex challenges, difficult relationships, and the inner obstacles that can sabotage success. She is a direct and compassionate coach who believes in amplifying what matters most to her clients. She creates a safe space where clients can focus on how to be a leader in progress and contribute in a meaningful way.

Lacee’s clients are invited to speak their truth without judgment and to challenge their own thinking. The intention is to reveal their blind spots and identify conditioned tendencies and patterns that need to be changed. Ultimately, clients walk away with greater clarity, confidence, and courage to act with agency in difficult moments.

Results Achieved

A global IT executive’s (Chief Diversity Officer) organization suffered from toxic communication and low morale. In coaching conversations with the CDO, she became aware of how she was contributing to the toxicity. She began to change her style and started to have more intelligent conversations that were more inclusive and inviting. After six months, she saw a change in how people on her team were engaging with one another. This shift was acknowledged by the CEO during a town hall meeting.
