Results Achieved

As part of a team of executive coaches with TCR & Associates, Jamon co-led a Global Leadership Accelerator Program for Black and Latina women in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry during the height of vaccine development. This five-month initiative combined individual and group coaching grounded in the Energy Leadership Development System, helping participants reduce stress, enhance performance, and achieve critical goals in a high-pressure environment. The program’s impact was later featured in the Executive Leadership Council Journal (ELC).
