Claudia Chavez Valdez is a bilingual career and executive coach in Dallas, TX, with over 25 years of organizational experience in both multinational companies and as an entrepreneur. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is thus able to coach or present in whichever language her client chooses. Her organizational experience began in Human Resources and then transitioned to Market Insights and Consumer Psychology where she had the opportunity to serve as a consultant and facilitator for various companies in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Industries and Non-Profit. Claudia provides virtual coaching across all U.S. time zones.

Results Achieved

General Counsel of an Oil and Gas Industry felt stuck and bored in his work. Through 6 months of Coaching, he discovered new personality traits and resources he had developed based on these traits, that allowed for a personal re-branding. While re-branding he applied a new Managerial style to his everyday interactions resulting in a couple of mentoring processes and a Board of Director’s seat.
