Lisa enjoys working with executive teams in transition. Some of her most notable results have come from working with organizations who are building out succession plans (people and processes), companies preparing to sell and teams in some form of transition. Her experience in HR and staffing has allowed her to help clients build out employee engagement surveys, performance management systems and processes and staffing processes including interviewer training and implementation of applicant tracking systems. Her coaching experience helps the client through the change management aspects of these massive transitions. She has consulted and coached with leadership teams in Real Estate, Information Technology, Oil and Gas as they’ve worked to improve relationships among themselves so that they can achieve their desired business outcomes.
